I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Bologna, Italy.
I am broadly interested in the system-level performance challenges of cloud and edge cloud computing. My current research focuses on leveraging emerging communication technologies to support latency-critical cloud applications.
I obtained my Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Bologna in March 2024, under the supervision of Prof. Antonio Corradi. My dissertation focused on the design and evaluation a system architecture to simplify the adoption of kernel-bypass networking by cloud applications. Part of my research was carried on in collaboration with Prof. Ken Birman (Cornell University, USA).
If you're interested in my research, or just want to chat about possible collaborations, feel free to reach out. I'm always happy to help and connect.
